בבניין בן שלוש קומות, בקומה השנייה והשלישית יש דופלקס השייך לזוג הורים ובנם הבוגר. כשבן הזקונים בגר, לקחו לעצמם ההורים את המפלס התחתון ולבן אפשרו לשפץ את הקומה לעצמו ולבת זוגתו. הוא הגדיל והוסיף לדירה שלו בריכת שיחה אשר אליה הוא מזמין את הוריו שתמיד חלמו על בריכה פרטית.
